           STRENGTH TRAINING 
 
Strength is the ability of the neuromuscular system to exert force against resistance. The benefits of strength training are:

* Decreases risk of injury

           CORE STRENGTH

 

A strong core is paramount to keeping the body functionally sound and operational. Many quick-fix diets, pieces of exercises equipment and even surgeries promise a sleeker, better-looking abdominal area, but it is through core training that focuses on strength and flexibilty - coupled with a healthy diet - that real, long-lasting results can come about. The benefits of a strong core are:
