My doctor advised me to start an exercise program and to change my eating habits as my blood pressure & cholesterol were a bit high but not enough to warrant putting me on medication yet so I booked a one on one training session with Gennene at G.E.T. FIT , I was very impressed with her professionalism and her caring nature that I continued with these sessions, and now, after 6 months it has helped me to lower my blood pressure and cholesterol levels so I will be continuing my sessions with Gennene. My doctor is very happy with my results aswell. Oh and I have lost 5kgs
